About Compassion in Action

Compassion in Action (CIA) is a transformative initiative led by McCormick Road Baptist Church with the vision of spreading compassion and enhancing the lives of individuals in our community. As a church that deeply values faith and beliefs, we are dedicated to creating a more compassionate society by addressing the diverse needs of those around us.

Our Mission

At Compassion in Action, we are committed to nurturing a culture of empathy, love, and kindness. We believe that compassion is an essential virtue that can bring positive change and healing to individuals and society as a whole. Our mission is to provide support, resources, and programs that encourage and inspire acts of compassion in our community.

Programs and Services

Compassion in Action offers a wide range of programs and services designed to empower individuals, families, and various groups within our community. Through these initiatives, we aim to make a lasting impact and promote positive change:

1. Community Outreach

Our community outreach programs focus on meeting the immediate needs of those who are marginalized or facing difficult circumstances. We organize food drives, clothing donations, and provide assistance to local shelters to ensure basic necessities are available for all.
